turn while selling our home.
It needs no emphasizing that there are a lot of questions out there
about the housing market. While areas are far from alike, and conditions
in Athens are obviously different than in Las Vegas or San Diego, we
still felt the pressure of uncertainty while our home was for sale. You

ultimately valuable rudder, guiding the sale of our house through the

We couldn't have been more pleased with Bob. Our only regret is that he
won't move to Florida with us, to be our agent there as well. But if we
